Inspired by industry friends, Bill has used his fitness, nutrition, and meditation skills to educate his students on physical fitness, eating habits, and cleansing the mind and soul for over 15 years. All leading to total body wellness while preserving and protecting the body, mind, and spirit. Specializing in childhood obesity, Bill has taught yoga, strength training & conditioning, and nutritional courses to educate students about the food we eat.

Raising three sons who participated in sporting events, Bill has been increasingly aware of how our nation's children have poor nutrition and sedentary lifestyles. Children are victims of their environment and most are subjected to sugary breakfasts and fast food dinners. Advanced technology has played a significant role in how people exercise and also how we as Americans gain weight via poor nutrition, electronic games, and multimedia devices.

Bill passes along his knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and meditation with his incredible Total Wellness University to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. He also speaks about the increasing toxicity and obesity issues plaguing our world today.
